We at the Nyack I.T. Helpdesk would be glad to help you!

For fastest service, we recommend that you send us an email and you will immediately receive a ticket number and some helpful information. Then a member of our team will work with you until we find a solution.

When creating a ticket please email helpdesk@nyack.edu & provide the following information:

  • Name and Student ID#
  • State the issue you are having in as much detail, for us to help you most efficiently.
  • Error messages: Write them out exactly word for word what is shown.
  • State any steps you might have taken to try and resolve the issue, if any.
  • Provide best time and way to contact you.
